选用液压伺服万能试验机INSTRON850对45钢试件进行拉伸,拉伸过程中在试件实验段加一平行于试件轴向的中频脉冲磁场。将试件有磁场的拉伸结果与无磁场的拉伸结果进行分析比较,发现材料的强度变化不大,但塑性变形量增大很多。同时,应力曲线有类似于正弦波振动的出现,研究发现,这种现象有利于材料的塑性加工。
The hydraulic servo universal testing machine INSTRON850 is used to stretch the 45 steel specimen. During the tensile test, an intermediate frequency pulsed magnetic field parallel to the axial direction of the specimen is added in the experimental section of the specimen. The tensile results of the magnetic field of the specimen were compared with the tensile results of the non-magnetic field. It was found that the strength of the material did not change much, but the plastic deformation increased a lot. At the same time, the stress curve is similar to the appearance of sinusoidal vibration. The study found that this phenomenon is conducive to plastic processing of materials.
