17万瓩水轮机是我国目前正在研制的最大容量低水头水轮机。其叶片(A 30型)净重32吨,叶片面积约为21.2米~2,叶片在工作时要承受27米高的水头压力和380多吨的离心力,根部计算应力达到1737kg/cm~2。这就要求作出重量大、形状复杂而具有足够强度(设计要求σ_s≥50)的铸件来。目前常用的叶片用钢都尚不能达到这一要求。因之,叶片铸造材料及叶片强度问题就成为17万瓩水轮机研制中的一大关键。为了解决这一问题,除对叶片材料作进一步研究外(如采用15MnMoVCu 或镍-6、镍-4
