2003年,中国石油天然气股份有限公司青海油田分公司等7户企业面向市场、深化改革、开拓创新,使企业的市场竞争能力进一步增强,经济效益不断提高,上缴税收均超过亿元,总额达155513万元,占当年全省财政收入的35.93%,为青海经济建设和社会发展做出了积极贡献。为此,省人民政府决定:一、授予中国石油天然气股份有限公司青海油田分公司等7户企业2003年度“青海省财政支柱企业”荣誉称号,并予以表彰。二、对上述7户企业的领导班子各奖励人民币5万元。
In 2003, seven companies such as the China National Petroleum Corporation Qinghai Oilfield Branch faced the market, deepened the reform, and made innovations. This enabled the company’s market competitiveness to be further enhanced, its economic benefits to be continuously improved, and the tax revenues paid exceeded RMB 100 million. The total amount reached 155,513. Ten thousand yuan, accounting for 35.93% of the province’s fiscal revenue, made positive contributions to Qinghai’s economic construction and social development. To this end, the Provincial People’s Government decided: First, to grant 7 companies, such as China National Petroleum Corporation Qinghai Oilfield Branch Company, in 2003, the “Qinghai Provincial Finance Corporation” honorary title, and to be commended. 2. Each of the seven leading enterprises mentioned above will receive a reward of RMB 50,000.
