患者女,47岁,农民.因饥饿或劳累后心悸、出汗、昏迷、抽搐19年,于1979年7月3日住院。1960年某日晨起突感饥饿,遂即意识不清,牙关紧闭,灌面汤后缓解.以后反复发作,轻则头晕、心悸出汗;重则昏迷、抽搐,饮糖水与进食可缓解.近10年加重,发作频繁.发作时如不及时饮糖水或进食,则出现意识不清,双眼上翻,牙关紧闭,四肢强直抽搐,有时大小便失禁,于注射葡萄糖后缓解.病中曾2次怀孕,孕期病情一度缓解,但产后又复发,曾在多处被诊为癔病、癫痫、低血糖等。
Patient female, 47 years old, farmer, was hospitalized on July 3, 1979 due to hunger or fatigue after palpitation, sweating, coma and convulsions for 19 years. Suddenly hungry on the morning of one day in 1960, then the unconsciousness, tingling closed, relieve irrigation after soup. After repeated attacks, ranging from dizziness, palpitations sweating; re-coma, convulsions, drinking water and eating can be alleviated. Exacerbations of the past 10 years, frequent seizures when the attack if not timely drinking water or eating, then there is unconsciousness, eyes upturned, tingling closed, twitching limbs, and sometimes incontinence, after injection of glucose relief. Pregnancy 2 times, once the disease was alleviated, but postpartum relapse, had been diagnosed in many places hysteria, epilepsy, hypoglycemia.
