如何加强机关党建?我们党组认为:一定要把机关党建作为机关建设的核心来抓,把机关党的工作作为带动整个单位干部队伍建设的关键来抓。因此,局党组确保机关党委参与机关建设和机关工作,是党组指导机关党委工作的关键环节。支持机关党委参与干部的考核、任免和管理工作。我们局党组在研究重大干部问题时,把征求机关党委的意见与建议作为局里一项基本制度。2000年机构改革时,党组决定通过竞争上岗选拔年轻干部。机关党委积极协助人事部门做好选拔方案的制定、演讲答辩的评审和年轻干部的民主测评等工作,并对干部的使用提出许多具体意见和建议,得到了党组的重视与采纳。经过公开竞争,我们局有9名35岁以下的年轻干部走上了处级领导岗位。机关党委参与干部的选拔任用这一举措,在全局引起较大反响。有的干部说:“机关党委的工作由虚变实了。” How to Strengthen Party Construction in Our Organizations?
