高中体育教学中应用分层教学法,可按照学生自身发展情况以及身心发展的实际条件,根据学生自己的爱好和兴趣选择自己喜欢的体育项目。教师按照学生不同的性格特点以及自身的天赋和素质差异,在教学当中做到因材施教,使学生的体育发展具有更强的针对性,对于促进高中生的身心健康发展意义重大。由于高中生不同的生长环境,导致他们的体质存在着一定的差异,而对于体质、兴趣及爱好各不相同的个体,运用同样的尺度组织课堂教学,难以体现因材施教的教学
Applying the layered teaching method in PE teaching in high school, students can choose their favorite sports according to their own hobbies and interests according to their own development and the actual conditions of physical and mental development. Teachers in accordance with the different personality traits of students as well as their own differences in talent and quality, teaching in accordance with their aptitude so that students have more targeted sports development, to promote high school students’ mental and physical development of great significance.
