面对WTO的日益临近,面对改革和发展的日益严峻的挑战,银行的员工在想什么?基层银行的领导在想什么?银行的优势和面临的主要矛盾在哪里?今后改革发展的前景又如何?带着这些问题,不久前,某市国有商业银行系统进行了一次员工思想动态调查。通过此次调查活动,比较准确地了解、掌握了全行员工的思想动态,征集到了许多有利于金融改革发展又便于实际操作的合理化建议。尽管这次调查的范围不算很广,有一定的局限性,但窥一斑而见全豹,它肯定会对我们银行的决策层、管理层有很好的参考作用,会给我们某些启发。
In the face of the approaching WTO, in the face of the increasingly severe challenges of reform and development, what are the employees of the bank thinking? What are the leaders of grassroots banks thinking? Where are the main advantages of the bank and the main contradictions? What is the future of reform and development? With these problems, not long ago, a state-owned commercial bank in a certain city systematically conducted a staff dynamic survey. Through this investigation, we learned more accurately and mastered the ideological trends of employees throughout the Bank, and solicited many rationalized proposals that are conducive to the development of financial reform and facilitate practical operation. Although the scope of this survey is not very extensive and has some limitations, it is certain to find a glimpse at the bank. It certainly will provide a very useful reference to the decision-makers and management of our bank and give some inspiration to us.
