最早接触华侨抗战是从了解陈嘉庚先生开始,但一直以来对华侨抗战并无清晰的认识。近年来专注于民国史专业,并无意中购得陈嘉庚《南侨回忆录》一书,由此方对华侨抗战略增了解。海外华侨历来与祖国荣辱与共,或许是身处异邦、谋生艰难的缘故,他们更关心祖国发展。抗战时期,数百万计的海外华侨曾以不同的方式参与中国抗战。如同17世纪土尔扈特人的东归传奇一样,参战的海外华侨也谱写了一部可歌可泣的民族史诗。
The earliest contact with the overseas Chinese in the war of resistance against Japan started with the understanding of Mr. Tan Kah Kee, but there was no clear understanding of the war against overseas Chinese. In recent years, he specialized in the history of the Republic of China and did not inadvertently acquire Tan Kah Kee’s memoir of South Overseas Chinese. From this, he learned more about the strategy of overseas Chinese to fight against Japan. Overseas Chinese have always shared the honor and disgrace with the motherland. During the War of Resistance Against Japan, millions of overseas Chinese had taken part in the war of resistance against China in different ways. Just as the 17th-century Turgot’s east return legend, overseas Chinese participating in the war also wrote a epic national epic.
