近年来,多巴酚丁胺负荷心功能检查逐渐普及,其临床应用的安全性问题也深受关注。我们对儿童多巴酚丁胺负荷剂量时的不良反应进行了研究,其目的在于能客观地分析评价多巴酚丁胺负荷心功能检查的安全性。
