目的对某多层线路板生产线作业场所存在的职业病危害控制效果进行评价。方法依据《工业企业设计卫生标准》《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》,采用现场职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查等方法进行评价。结果化学性有毒气体、粉尘和噪声是线路板生产的主要职业病危害因素。其中,盐酸的浓度为0.53~15.60mg/m3,超过国家卫生标准(7.5mg/m3);其余作业点粉尘和化学性有毒气体浓度符合国家卫生标准;噪声作业点合格率为96.3%。结论该项目职业病危害因素的防护措施可行、有效,但需加强对化学性有毒气体及噪声的职业病危害控制措施。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards existing in the workplace of a multilayer circuit board production line. Methods According to the “Hygienic Standard for Design of Industrial Enterprises” and the “Sampling Specifications for the Monitoring of Hazardous Substances in the Air at Workplaces”, the methods of on-site occupational hygiene investigation, occupational disease hazard testing and occupational health examination were used for evaluation. Results Chemical toxic gases, dust and noise are the major occupational hazards in circuit board production. Among them, the concentration of hydrochloric acid was 0.53 ~ 15.60mg / m3, which surpassed the national health standard (7.5mg / m3). The concentrations of dust and chemical toxic gases in the rest of the operation sites conformed to the national sanitary standards; the passing rate of noise operation points was 96.3%. Conclusion The protective measures of occupational hazards of the project are feasible and effective, but the control measures of occupational hazards to chemical toxic gases and noises should be strengthened.
