为寻求较理想的除尘方法,北京电机厂与一机部八院及北京劳保所等单位设计制造了过滤面积为75米~2的采用机械回转反吹扁布袋除尘装置,经投入使用,除尘净化效果良好,并具有节约材料、动力、维护简便等优点。该文分为:第一部份叙述了该装置的基本原理是吸入灰尘,布袋过滤,利用反吹布袋吹落灰尘及尘处理;第二部份是该装置的结构,分为上、中、下三个筒体,中筒体内装有63个扁布袋,分内外两圈,呈辐状排列,由机械回转臂带动转动。该装置总高为5.28米,外径为2米,滤袋长为2米,过滤面积为75米~2,第三部份是使用性能与效果,经两级净化后的粉尘出口浓度为9.22毫克/米~3,总效率为99.7％。该装置运转后工作室的粉尘浓度为2.6～3毫克/米~3。附图10幅。
