目的目的探讨正常分娩过程中应用分娩球助产方式对分娩疼痛、产程进展及促进自然分娩是否有影响。方法方法将分娩过程中接受分娩球助产方式进行分娩的孕妇定为观察组,无选择的孕妇作为对照组,然后两组孕妇从分娩疼痛、产程时间、分娩方式等项目给予比较。结果结果观察组产痛程度明显减轻,总产程时间缩短,自然分娩率提高,P<0.05。结论护士指导孕妇在产程中应用分娩球助产能减轻分娩疼痛,对产程有帮助,能缩短产程时间,提高自然分娩率。
Objective To investigate whether labor-assisted delivery of midwifery during normal labor has any effect on labor pain, the progress of labor and the promotion of spontaneous labor. Methods Pregnant women who gave birth by delivery ball midwifery during childbirth were selected as the observation group and non-selected pregnant women as the control group. Then the two groups of pregnant women were given pain, labor time and delivery mode. Results The observation group was significantly reduced the degree of labor pain, shorten the total labor process, the natural delivery rate increased, P <0.05. Conclusion Nurses guide the delivery of labor in the labor process of childbirth midwifery can reduce labor pain, labor process can help reduce labor time and improve the rate of natural childbirth.
