巨大畸形与肢端肥大症是前脑垂体(腺部)机能亢进患者在不同年龄发病之不同表现。机能亢进发生于骺部融合以前为巨大畸形,发生于骺部融合以后者为肢端肥大症。巨大畸形患者骺部融合以后,由于生长激素继续作用,又可出现肢端肥大与巨大畸形的合并存在。本病在国内医学文献中较大数字的临床分析除李氏等报告23例外,其余仅为零星之记载。天津医学院附属医院自1947—1961
Huge deformity and acromegaly are pituitary (glandular) hyperactivity in patients with different manifestations of different age. Hyperfunction occurred in the epiphysis fusion before a huge deformity occurred in the epiphyseal fusion acromegaly for the latter. Huge deformed patients after the epiphyseal fusion, due to the continued role of growth hormone, but also the emergence of acral hypertrophy and huge deformity of the merger. The clinical analysis of the disease in the larger number of medical literature in China except for the report of Lee and other 23 cases, the rest is only sporadic records.
