电解加工,常常需要低电压大电流的直流电源。对于这种直流电源,常采用可控硅交流侧调压的方式,如图1。这种方案,所用SCR数量少,虽然要用大量的整流二极管,其费用仍比较低廉。为了尽量降低对SCR阻断电压的要求,整流变压器原边可采用Y接法,中性点接地。采用SCR交流调压,还存在由于感性负载引起SCR过流而烧毁的问题,需要进一步采取措施加以防止。
