随着拟除虫菊酯应用的增多,使用这种毒性较高的杀虫剂人员,有发生意外中毒的可能。但迄今尚无一化合物可保护哺乳类动物免受拟除虫菊酯的毒性。作者在实验中选用了顺式苄呋菊酯(cismethrin)及溴氰菊酯(deltamethrin)两种拟除虫菊酯给大鼠进行染毒。因为前者于静脉注射后立即使动物产生细震颤,后者迅速引起大量流涎,继之逐渐出现全身粗大震颤和扭曲抽搐,两者各代表不同的中毒症候群。这些中毒症候群不是由于中枢神经介质如r-氨基丁酸(GABA)受到抑制,一些有中枢药理作用的对抗剂对此中毒也无效。现普遍认
With the increase in the use of pyrethroids, the use of such highly toxic insecticide personnel has the potential of accidental poisoning. But so far no one compound to protect mammals from pyrethroid toxicity. In the experiment, we selected two kinds of pyrethroids, cismethrin and deltamethrin, to treat rats. Because the former caused the animal to produce fine tremor immediately after intravenous injection, the latter rapidly caused a large amount of salivation, followed by the gradual appearance of gross tremor and torsion convulsions, both of which represented different poisoning syndromes. These poisoning syndromes are not inhibited by central nervous mediators such as gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), and some central pharmacological antagonists are ineffective. Now generally recognized
