1989年12月20日马鞍山钢铁公司在马鞍山市举行了一钢厂平炉烟气湿法电除尘投入运行仪式。出席的有安微省城建厅、冶金厅的领导,马鞍山市市长、副市长、环保局长,冶金部安全环保研究院党政领导,马钢公司党政领导,以及有关人员。投入运行仪式由马钢公司杭永益副经理主持,马钢黄棣洪副经理、冶金部安全环保研究院曾宪淦副院长作了简要汇报,省建设厅潘之声副厅长、马鞍山市周玉德市长,马钢公司党委王树珊书记在会上讲了话。在一钢厂现场,设备启动了,滚滚黄烟瞬间消失,与会人员赞不绝口。
On December 20, 1989, Maanshan Iron and Steel Company held a ceremony of putting wet-type electrostatic precipitator of flat-bed flue gas at a steel mill in Ma’anshan City. Attendance was attended by the leaders of the Urban Construction Office of Anwei Province, the Metallurgical Department, the Mayor of Maanshan City, the Vice Mayor, the Environmental Protection Bureau, the party and government leaders from the Research Institute of Safety and Environmental Protection of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, the party and government leaders of Masteel and other relevant personnel. The ceremony was put under the auspices of the deputy manager of Hangzhou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Hang Yongyi, vice president of MaDong Huang Dihong and vice president of Zeng Xiangan of the Research Institute of Metallurgical Safety and Environmental Protection. The vice director of PanZhiSheng, provincial department of construction, Mayor of Ma’anshan ZhouYuDe, Party Secretary Wang Shu-shan spoke at the meeting. At a steel mill site, the equipment was started and the billowing yellow smoke disappeared momentarily, and the participants were full of praise.
