合作性学习有助于加深学生对理论知识的理解,启发学生独立思考,但也存在着秩序混乱、不利于教学目标达成的问题,因此要求教师对学生学习行为进行有效干预,本文以生物课堂教学实例探讨了教师干预的方式与作用,认为教师应掌控全局,灵活把握合作与独立的关系,注重提高学生的学习热情。
Cooperative learning helps to deepen students’ understanding of theoretical knowledge and inspires students to think independently. However, there are also chaos in order, which is not conducive to the achievement of teaching goals. Therefore, teachers are required to effectively intervene in student learning behaviors. In this paper, The case study explores the ways and functions of teacher intervention, believing that teachers should take overall control of the situation, grasp the relationship between cooperation and independence flexibly, and pay more attention to improving students’ enthusiasm for learning.
