患者男性,18岁。左上腹痛约1个多月,并时有阵发性加剧。间中有不规则低热。体查左中上腹扪及包块,边界清楚,质中偏硬,表面呈结节状,活动度差。实验室报告红血球5.06×10~(12)/L,血色素10.1％,白血球8.38×10~9/L,淋巴球36.2％,中性球41.0％,血小板295×10~5/L。B超检查脾大,脾内多个环形等回声包块,未排除肿瘤,肝肾未见异常。X线检查见右肺门有不规则钙化影及左下胸少量胸积液。

B-ultrasound examination splenomegaly, splenic multiple annular echo mass, did not rule out the tumor, no abnormal liver and kidney. X-ray examination showed irregular calcification of the right hilum and a small amount of left chest thoracic fluid.
