酮康唑甘油剂是我院儿科和制剂室共同研制的一种新型制剂,用于治疗小儿霉菌性口炎和细菌感染性口炎,均取得较好的疗效,现报道如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 136例均来自我院儿科病房,其中56例经“乳凝块样物”涂片发现霉菌丝或孢子,诊断为霉菌性口炎;80例经“假膜”涂片见球菌而诊断为细菌性口炎。经分层配对随机分成两组各68例,每组中霉菌感染28例,细菌感染40例,两组的性别、年龄分段、病程分段的构成比相似。 1.2 制备方法 以西安杨森制药厂生产的酮康唑片剂为原料,碾压粉末,缓慢撒入甘油中,随加随搅拌,按0.5％浓度配制后分装备用,同法制备浓度为5万U/ml的制霉菌素甘油剂备用。
