目的:探讨在体外野生苣荬茶对尼古丁的影响。方法:本文采用外观颜色、溶液pH值、高效液相色谱法研究野生苣荬茶对尼古丁的影响。结果:苣荬茶水溶液与尼古丁水溶液混合后,外观颜色、溶液pH值、尼古丁含量都发生了变化。结论:野生苣荬茶与尼古丁混合能够降低其含量,可以减轻尼古丁的副作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of wild chicory tea on nicotine in vitro. Methods: The effects of wild chicory tea on nicotine were studied by color, pH value and HPLC. Results: After mixed with nicotine aqueous solution, the appearance color, solution pH and nicotine content all changed. Conclusion: The combination of wild chicory tea and nicotine can reduce its content and reduce the side effects of nicotine.
