油田注水是采油的主要措施之一,该技术能有效保持地层压力,实现原油高产、稳产。注水开发中,注水电耗占原油生产总成本的比例较大,因此对注水系统的节能研究和改造具有很重要的现实意义。分析了增压泵控制串接大功率注水泵的泵控泵技术,介绍了系统节能原理,并应用该技术对油田注水站进行改造,解决了注水泵泵效低、泵管压差大及单耗高等问题,节能效果明显,取得了良好的经济效益。
Oilfield waterflooding is one of the main measures for oil recovery. The technology can effectively maintain the formation pressure and achieve high yield and steady production of crude oil. In waterflood development, water injection consumes a large proportion of the total cost of crude oil production, so it is of great practical significance for energy saving research and renovation of waterflooding systems. The pump control technology of booster pump controlling series high power water injection pump was analyzed. The principle of system energy saving was introduced. The technology was applied to reform the water injection station of oil field, which solved the problems of low pump efficiency, large pressure drop and unit consumption Higher problems, energy-saving effect is obvious, and achieved good economic returns.
