摔跤运动属于体能基础上的技能类对抗性运动项目。运动员在赛场上进行直接的身体对抗,对体能提出了很高的要求。摔跤项目的特点决定了运动员在竞赛中必须发挥最大体能强度,从代谢角度来说主要以糖酵解供能为主,并且具有最大力量、爆发力、僵持力、速度及灵活性、稳定性等特点,而有氧代谢能力又决定了运动员竞赛训练的持久力以及竞赛和训练后恢复的快慢。摔跤运动的专项代谢特点和用力方式决定了训练必须针对专项特征进行。本文通过文献资料、专家访谈以及2013年全国摔跤锦标赛现场观察等方法,对男子自由式摔跤专项体能特征进行研究,为男子自由式摔跤的专项体能训练提供启示。
Wrestling is a skill-based confrontational sport based on physical fitness. Athletes in the stadium for direct physical confrontation, put forward high demands on physical fitness. The characteristics of the wrestling project determine that the athlete must exert the maximum physical strength during the competition, mainly from the perspective of metabolism for the power of glycolysis and has the characteristics of maximum strength, explosive force, stamina, speed, flexibility and stability , And aerobic metabolism in turn determines the endurance of athlete competition training and recovery of the race and training speed. The special metabolic characteristics of wrestling and hard way determine the training must be carried out for the special features. In this paper, we study the special physical characteristics of freestyle wrestling in men through literature, expert interviews and the 2013 National Wrestling Championship on-the-spot observation so as to provide inspiration for the special training of men’s freestyle wrestling.
