采用真空气相沉积法在金刚石表面镀覆强碳化物金属或合金薄膜。该薄膜一方面与金刚石表面形成化学键合，另一方面大大提高与金属胎体的浸润性，从而明显增强金刚石在金属胎体中的结合强度，提高金刚石钻头性能和使用寿命。
The vacuum vapor deposition method is used to coat the diamond surface with a strong carbide metal or alloy film. On the one hand, the film forms a chemical bond with the diamond surface and on the other hand greatly improves the wettability with the metal matrix so as to obviously enhance the bonding strength of the diamond in the metal matrix and improve the performance and the service life of the diamond bit.
