观察前列腺素E1在心肌缺血-再灌注损伤时对人体外周血中性粒细胞数量及其活性、内皮素及脂质过氧化的影响。方法:将36例急性心肌梗塞患者随机分为两组,每组18例。观察组给予PGE1、尿激酶和硝酸甘油静滴,对照组只给予尿激酶和硝酸甘油静滴,于再灌注前后分别采静脉血测定有关指标。结果:急性心肌梗塞时,外周血中性粒细胞活性显著增强,血内皮素含量明显升高,脂质过氧化指标显著增高;再灌注后,中性粒细胞活性进一步显著增强,血内皮素含量及脂质过氧化指标亦进一步显著增高;使用PGE1治疗组的结果与上述情况完全相反。PGE1能够抑制外周血中性粒细胞活性,减轻脂质过氧化反应,减少血内皮素的产生,对心肌缺血-再灌注损伤有显著的保护作用。
To observe the effect of prostaglandin E1 on the number and activity of human peripheral blood neutrophils, endothelin and lipid peroxidation during myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods: Thirty-six patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into two groups, 18 cases in each group. The observation group was given intravenous infusion of PGE1, urokinase and nitroglycerin, while the control group only received intravenous infusion of urokinase and nitroglycerin. Venous blood was taken before and after reperfusion to measure the relevant indexes. Results: In acute myocardial infarction, the activity of peripheral blood neutrophil was significantly increased, the content of endothelin was significantly increased and the index of lipid peroxidation was significantly increased. After reperfusion, the activity of neutrophil was further enhanced, the content of endothelin And lipid peroxidation also further significantly increased; the results of the treatment group with PGE1 exactly the opposite. PGE1 can inhibit peripheral blood neutrophil activity, reduce lipid peroxidation, reduce the production of endothelin, myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury has a significant protective effect.
