绩效管理是现代企业普遍应用的一种科学管理方法,绩效管理涉及到企业管理的各个方面。随着市场竞争的日益加剧,如何完善销售内勤人员的绩效管理成为现代企业管理的重要课题。因此,本文以销售内勤人员为研究对象,深入分析销售内勤人员绩效管理存在的问题,并提出相应的完善对策。
Performance management is a kind of scientific management method commonly used by modern enterprises. Performance management involves all aspects of enterprise management. With the increasing competition in the market, how to improve the performance management of sales staff has become an important issue of modern business management. Therefore, this paper takes the sales staff as the research object, deeply analyzes the existing problems in the performance management of the sales staff, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
