对中国南海海绵中的新化合物 19-methoxy-scalarin进行~1H和~(13)C NMR谱的全归属,并运用“激发雕刻”技术,利用 1D GOESY实验确定该化合物立体构型。实验结果亦表明 1D GOESY实验选择性好,提供的信息更加直观、清晰,是化合物立体结构确定的好方法。
The ~ 1H and ~ (13) C NMR spectra of the 19-methoxy-scalarin, a new compound in the sponge of the South China Sea, were completely assigned to each other. The 1D GOESY experiment was used to determine the stereo configuration of the 19-methoxy-scalarin. The experimental results also show that the selectivity of 1D GOESY experiment is good, and the information provided is more intuitive and clear, which is a good way to determine the three-dimensional structure of the compound.
