2002年8月26日,辽宁省人民政府举行了市市通高速、乡乡通油路庆祝大会,并表彰了公路建设先进集体和个人。带着与辽宁交通人同样的兴奋和喜悦,近日,记者采访了辽宁省交通厅公路管理局局长李雁鹏。
