自1985年2月以来,我科采用中、西药治疗25例重症复发性口疮患者,经随诊观察疗效较好,现介绍如下。病例资料:25例重症复发性口疮中;男10例,女15例,年龄在23～56岁之间。病程最短为一年,最长15年。溃疡发作周期,每月一次者6例,每月2～3次者13例,每月3次以上者6例。溃疡持续时间,7～14天16例,14天以上9例。溃疡部位多位于舌尖、舌缘、唇部,一般为2～3个溃疡。溃疡面最小0.3～0.5cm~2,最大1.1×0.7cm~2。本组病例均曾采用过左旋咪唑、激素、免疫抑制剂及B族维生素等治疗,疗效均不理想。
Since February 1985, our department in the use of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of 25 cases of recurrent aphthous ulcer patients, the follow-up observation of better efficacy, are described below. Case data: 25 cases of recurrent aphthous ulcer; 10 males and 15 females, aged between 23 to 56 years old. The shortest course of one year, up to 15 years. Ulcer attack cycle, once a month in 6 cases, 2 to 3 times a month in 13 cases, more than 3 times per month in 6 cases. The duration of ulcer, 7 to 14 days in 16 cases, more than 14 days in 9 cases. Ulcer sites are located in the tongue, tongue edge, lip, usually 2 to 3 ulcers. The smallest ulcer surface 0.3 ~ 0.5cm ~ 2, the largest 1.1 × 0.7cm ~ 2. This group of patients have used levamisole, hormones, immunosuppressive agents and B vitamins and other treatment, the efficacy is not ideal.
