液压系统的油液清洁与否直接关系到液压系统本身能否正常、可靠地工作。油液中的污染物会将系统中的元件磨损、卡死、损坏,致使整个系统不能正常工作。因此在实际设计、制造及使用中,要认真考虑系统油液的污染控制问题。液压系统中污染物的来源大致可分为下列几种: 1)组成系统的元件、部件如泵、马达、缸、阀、油箱、配管等内部固有的污染物。 2)系统所用油液中的污染物。 3)系统组合时管接头、密封件及焊接等带来的污染物。
Whether the hydraulic system’s fluid cleaning is directly related to the hydraulic system itself can work normally and reliably. Contaminants in the oil can wear out the components of the system, jammed, damaged, and rendered the entire system inoperable. Therefore, in the actual design, manufacture and use, we must seriously consider the system of oil pollution control issues. The sources of pollutants in the hydraulic system can be broadly divided into the following categories: 1) Inherent pollutants in the components of the system, such as pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, tanks and piping. 2) the system used in the oil contaminants. 3) System combination of pipe joints, seals and welding and other contaminants.
