Preface We examined whether there was a difference in urinary hormone secretion between regular (Boeing-747) and the newest (Boeing-747-400) pilots during Narita and the east coast of the United States. Method Four pilots were measured in a twin formation flight of 40 pilots each on Narita - Huasheng Gu and Narita - New York. For testing 17-OHS (17-hydroxycorticosteroid) and catecholamines, urine was collected six times per pilot. The result is Boeing-747-400
