本文用高分辨率双晶X射线荧光法研究了各种含硫化合物的SKα线的位移,并测定了中国人和日本人头发中硫的存在状态及各种状态的含量。结果表明,头发中硫主要以S~(2-)状态存在(平均占95.4%),其余是S~(6+)。发现男人头发中总硫量及S~(2-)状态的硫比同一国籍的女人高。还对12人的黑发与白发进行了对照分析,发现黑发中S~(2-)的含量明显高于白发,而S~(6+)低于白发。这可能由于随着头发变白,其中含—S—S—基团的蛋白质减少的缘故。
In this paper, the displacement of SKα line of various sulfur compounds was studied by high resolution twin crystal X-ray fluorescence and the presence and status of sulfur in Chinese and Japanese hair were determined. The results showed that the main sulfur in the hair S ~ (2-) state exists (an average of 95.4%), the rest is S ~ (6 +). It was found that the total sulfur content in the hair of a man and the sulfur in the sulfur state are higher than that of a woman of the same nationality. A comparative analysis was also made on black hair and white hair of 12 people. It was found that the content of S ~ (2-) in black hair was significantly higher than that of white hair and S ~ (6+) was lower than that of white hair. This may be due to the reduction of proteins containing -S-S- groups as the hair whitened.
