本文包括两个主要部分。第一部分是研究雷诺数对离心式增压器特性的影响,提出了一个把离心式增压器的平原特性换算成任意海拔高度特性的实用方法。第二部分是应用第一部分的研究成果,在总结6135Q—1型柴油机配11GJ型增压器青藏高原实地试验数据的基础上,发展了文献[7]的简化计算方法,使涡轮增压高速柴油机高原性能参数预测值与实测值间的相对误差小于5%。
This article consists of two main sections. The first part is to study the effect of Reynolds number on the characteristics of centrifugal turbocharger and put forward a practical method to convert the plain characteristics of centrifugal turbocharger into arbitrary altitude characteristics. The second part is the application of the first part of the research results, based on the summary of 6135Q-1 diesel engine with 11GJ supercharger Qinghai-Tibet Plateau field test data based on the development of the literature [7] simplified calculation method, so that turbo-charged high-speed diesel engine The relative error between predicted and measured values of plateau performance parameters is less than 5%.
