目前职业院校在全国各大高校中占据重要比例,也为社会输送了大批人才。但是由于各种因素的影响,职业院校学生管理方面存在不少问题,对学生培养和学校发展有着很大影响。学校和教育工作者也采取了众多方法来加强对学生的管理,社会工作方法是其中之一。本文将从社会工作方法的具体内涵、对学生管理的意义以及职业院校采取的应用措施等几大方面,来探索社会工作方法在职业院校学生管理中的应用。
At present, vocational colleges occupy an important proportion among the major universities and colleges across the country, and also send large numbers of talents to the society. However, due to various factors, there are many problems in the management of students in vocational colleges and have a great impact on student training and school development. Schools and educators have also taken many ways to strengthen their management of students, one of which is the social work method. This article will explore the application of social work methods in the management of students in vocational colleges from several aspects such as the specific connotation of social work methods, the significance of student management and the application measures adopted by vocational colleges.
