人民银行从2006年起实行部门预算。10年的运行实践证明:这种预算管理模式不适应人民银行目前履职需要,建议借鉴国外央行经验完善人民银行预算管理体制。
The People’s Bank of China has implemented departmental budgets since 2006. The 10-year running practice proves that this budget management model does not meet the needs of the PBC to fulfill its current duties. It is suggested to improve the budget management system of the PBC by referring to the experiences of foreign central banks.
