供给工厂用热设备的高压蒸汽,其热量通常只是汽化热部分得到利用,利用率大约只占70~80%,余下的20~30%为凝结的饱和水(一般称为凝结回水)含的热量则从用热设备尾部经过疏水器排走损失掉了。如果将这种100~110℃的凝结水进行回收并作采暖利用,温降按50℃计,当凝结水回收率为70%,则对每吨蒸汽可回收利用50000千卡热量。如以北京热网供汽量800吨/小时计,可回收利用的热量就可达28000000千卡/小耐。这些热量可供40万平米的普通楼房采暖用。
The high-pressure steam supplied to the plant’s heat equipment is usually only used for the heat of vaporization, and the utilization rate is only about 70 to 80%. The remaining 20 to 30% is the saturated water (generally called condensed water) contained in the condensed water. Heat is lost through the use of hot equipment at the tail through the trap. If this 100 to 110°C condensate water is recovered and used for heating, the temperature drop is calculated as 50°C.
