鉴于几个欧洲国家近期相继发布了禁售燃油车的计划,据工信部有关人士透露,中国正在考虑并已启动了相关研究,将联合相关部门制定停止生产和销售传统能源汽车的时间表。消息一出,整个业界躁动不安。有人欢呼燃油时代即将结束,有人则表态制定时间表需谨慎。目前,在全世界范围内已公布禁售燃油车时间表的几个国家将其大致定到了2025年到2040年。而各国如此一刀切式地禁售计划究竟底气何在?
