文化对公证机构的作用很大,但文化建设并不是一蹴而就的,而是一项长期的战略工程,需要公证机构领导层拥有创业激情、远见卓识并言传身教、身体力行,需要公证机构全体成员的认同和共同努力。本文拟将已经成熟的CI理论移植到公证机构的运作模式中来,将公证机构独特的思维理念和服务行为,经由自我认同到产生较好的效果之后,以信息化的方式传递给社会公众,从而为公证机构带来良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Culture has a great effect on notary institutions. However, cultural development is not a one-way project. It is a long-term strategic project. It requires the leadership of a notary office to have entrepreneurial passion, farsightedness, precept and example, and needs the approval of all members of a notary public. Work together. This paper intends to migrate the mature CI theory to the mode of operation of the notary office.
