我县是地处祖国西南边陲,文化、经济较为落后的多民族(25个民族)山区县,现有人口16.6万人,1990年被省政府确定为首批初保试点县。几年来,由于各级各部门人员的共同努力,全县PHC取得了显著成效:1992年基本达标,1994年全面达标,顺利且提前一年完成了省政府对我县初保工作的要求。现对我县PHC工作做一回顾总结。
My County is a multi-ethnic (25 ethnic) mountain county located in the southwestern border of the motherland and lagging behind in culture and economy. It has a population of 166,000. In 1990, the county government was identified as the first batch of primary insurance pilot counties. Over the past few years, due to the joint efforts of staff at all levels and in various departments, the county PHC has achieved remarkable results: in 1992 basically met the standard, in 1994 the full compliance, successfully and completed one year in advance the provincial government’s requirements for primary security work in my county. Now I will review my county PHC work.
