骨坏死是累及骨骼关节系统的疾病,好发于负重大关节,人体任何部位都可能发生骨坏死,临床以手舟骨、足舟骨、距骨、肱骨头、肋骨、髌骨、锁骨、股骨头为多见,尤以股骨头发生率最高。大量的研究,从中医和西医两个方面对骨坏死的病因病机进行探讨,从而使中西医关于骨坏死的病因病机的相关理论知识更加条理与完备。
Osteonecrosis is a disease involving the skeletal and joint system. It occurs frequently in the large joints of weight loss. Osteonecrosis may occur in any part of the human body. In clinical practice, the scaphoid, the scaphoid, the talus, the humeral head, the rib, the patella, the clavicle and the femoral head are More common, especially in the highest incidence of femoral head. A large number of studies have explored the etiology and pathogenesis of osteonecrosis from two aspects of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine so that the relevant theoretical knowledge about the etiopathogenisis of osteonecrosis in TCM and Western medicine is more organized and complete.
