黄河下游引黄灌区旱灾频发,在2008冬至2009春更是发生了特大旱灾,给粮食丰产带来了威胁。本文针对此次抗旱浇苗过程中水调部门的应急调度措施,分析了调度过程中存在的问题,并针对问题给出了相应的建议。
Drought occurred frequently in the irrigation areas along the Yellow River due to the Yellow River irrigation. In the winter of 2008 and the spring of 2009, special drought occurred, threatening the high yield of grain. In this paper, according to the emergency dispatch measures of water transfer department in the process of drought resistance and seedling planting, the problems existing in the dispatch process are analyzed, and the corresponding suggestions are given for the problems.
