以减量化、再循环、再使用、再修复和再思考的“5R”准则,依据皮革工业自身特点和国家相关政策,利用层次分析法对皮革厂循环经济评价指标体系进行了分析和核算,通过专家打分构造两两比较判断矩阵,并通过一致性检验得到每个指标的权重。结果表明:实现皮革厂“5R”循环经济的重要性排序依次为减量化、再循环、再修复、再使用、再思考,其中减量化是首要指标,应运用循环经济的理念和清洁生产技术,从根本上减少资源消耗实行循环利用,进而推动皮革厂实现循环经济和可持续发展。
Based on the “5R ” principle of reduction, recycle, reuse, re-repair and re-thinking, according to the characteristics of the leather industry and relevant national policies, the index system of circular economy evaluation of tannery was analyzed by using AHP Accounting, through expert scoring structure to build a pair of comparison judgment matrix, and through the consistency test to get the weight of each indicator. The results show that the order of importance of realizing circular economy in tannery is “reduction, recycling, re-use, re-use” and then rethinking. Among them, reduction is the primary index, and the concept of circular economy Cleaner production technology, to fundamentally reduce the resource consumption of recycling, thereby promoting the tannery to achieve circular economy and sustainable development.
