运用文献资料法和问卷调查法对高职院校辅导员队伍的机制建设进行了研究,发现高职院校辅导员的选聘不够规范、激励机制不足、考评机制不完善等问题,并提出相应对策,以促进高职辅导员队伍的机制建设。
By means of literature review and questionnaire, the author studies the mechanism construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges. It finds that the selection of counselors in higher vocational colleges is not standardized, the incentive mechanism is inadequate and the evaluation mechanism is not perfect. Countermeasures to promote higher vocational counselors team mechanism.
