目的观察和胃口服液对大鼠胃分泌功能的影响。方法按Shay氏法造型，十二指肠给药，收集结扎4h后的胃液，以托资指示剂和酚酞二步满足法测定胃酸；以Mett氏改良法测定胃蛋白酶活性。结果和胃口服液能抑制幽门结扎大鼠胃液分泌量，降低总段排出量和胃蛋白酶排出量；对大鼠胃液的酸度无明显影响。结论和胃口服液有一定的抑制胃粘膜攻击因子的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Hewei Oral Liquid on gastric secretion in rats. Methods According to the Shay’s method, duodenal administration, collecting gastric juice after ligation for 4 hours, stomach acid was measured by two-step satisfaction method with gentian indicator and phenolphthalein; pepsin activity was measured by Mett’s modified method. Results Hewei Oral Liquid can inhibit the secretion of gastric juice from pylorus-ligated rats, and reduce total discharge and pepsin excretion. There was no significant effect on the acidity of rat gastric juice. Conclusion Hewei oral liquid has a certain role in inhibiting gastric mucosa attack factor.
