高校图书馆是学校的文献信息中心,是为教学和科研服务的学术性机构;重点学科是高校中专业优势明显、影响较大、发展迅速、成果丰硕的学科,二者建设密不可分。文献资源是信息资源的主要组成部分,制定一个较全面的高校图书馆文献资源发展战略是很重要的。就我国高校图书馆现状和文献资源的保障建设提出了一系列解决措施。
The university library is the academic information center of the school and serves as an academic institution for teaching and scientific research. The key disciplines are the disciplines with obvious advantage, great influence, rapid development and fruitful achievements in the higher education. The construction of the two is inseparable. Literature resources are the main components of information resources. It is very important to formulate a more comprehensive strategy for the development of university library literature resources. This paper puts forward a series of measures to solve the current situation of our country’s university library and the guarantee of the literature resources.
