检查、评定火灾后的建筑结构损伤情况,并采取最安全最经济的修复加固方案是处理建筑结构火灾事故中极为重要的环节。一、检查建筑结构建筑物发生火灾后,除应立即调查火灾发生原因外,还应及时地对建筑结构进行详细检查。一方面是为了及时地将火灾后危险建筑结构拆除或临时加固处理,避免发生倒塌、造成人身伤亡、设备仪表或相连建筑损环的严重事故;另方面是为了根据检查结果及时地提出结构损伤程度的评定和修复加固方案,以便尽快地恢复生产和使用,减轻经济损失。
