选举制度是党内民主的重要标志。“公推直选”是近年来党的建设中的重要创新成果之一,也是党内基层民主建设中一种新的选举模式。在今年全市社区党组织换届选举中,崇文区在全区社区党组织范围内实现“公推直选”的做法,引起中央和市委有关部门的高度重视,并组织力量进行了专题调研。本期推出崇文区、石景山区古城街道党工委的做法,希望更多的基层党组织在党内民主建设中进一步解放思想,加大探索力度,以扩大党内民主带动人民民主,以增进党内和谐促进社会和谐。
