目的：探讨超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术后继发性青光眼的原因及治疗。方法：对４７０例（４７０只眼）老年性白内障进行术前、术后定期随访及眼压观察。结果：发生继发性青光眼共１７例（３．６％），其中３例因气体进入后房引起瞳孔阻滞导致高眼压；１例因药物缩瞳后小瞳孔引起瞳孔阻滞导致高眼压；２例先眼压升高，后发生眼内炎；１１例考虑为粘弹剂残留。结论：超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术后，由于不同原因可导致继发性青光眼，应于术后注意观察眼压以便及时处理，提高手术疗效。
Objective: To investigate the causes and treatment of secondary glaucoma after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Methods: 470 cases (470 eyes) senile cataract were followed up regularly and observed intraocular pressure. Results: There were 17 cases (3.6%) of secondary glaucoma occurred, of which 3 cases caused high intraocular pressure due to pupillary block caused by gas entering the posterior chamber; 1 case caused by pupil block caused by small pupil Pressure; 2 cases of elevated intraocular pressure, occurrence of endophthalmitis; 11 cases considered viscoelastic residue. Conclusion: Phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation may lead to secondary glaucoma due to different causes. Intraocular pressure should be observed after operation to improve the curative effect.
