目的:观察葛根汤联合肩峰下滑囊封闭治疗早期肩峰下撞击综合征的临床效果与症状改善.方法:将2012～2016年我院骨科收治的80例肩峰下撞击综合征患者纳入本次研究,根据患者治疗方式的不同分为对照组与研究组,对照组给予封闭治疗,研究组在此基础上给予葛根汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的疗效、肩关节功能改善及疼痛改善.结果:研究组治疗总有效率95.0％明显高于对照组80.0％,对照组与研究组治疗1个月、3个月、5个月后的VAS评分及UCLA评分相比治疗前均明显提升,但研究组治疗后的每次评分均在对照组之上,且有显著差异(P＜0.05).结论:葛根汤联合肩峰下滑囊封闭治疗早期肩峰下撞击综合征效果可靠,能有效改善患者钝痛的症状,提高肌肉力量与肩关节活动功能,值得临床借鉴推广.“,”Objective:Studying on the clinical effect and symptom improvement of using Gegen Decoction combined with subacromial bursa anesthesia needle injection in the treatment of early symptoms of subacromial impingement syndrome.Methods:80cases of acromion impingement syndrome patients in our hospital from 2012to 2016were treated in the department of orthopedics included in the study,according to the different treatment of patients as the controlled group and study group,the controlled group was given anesthesia needle injection therapy,the study group was given Gegen Decoction on the basis of the controlled group.The curative effect after treatment,the shoulder joint function improvement and the improvement of pain were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95％,it significantly higher than the controlled group which was 80％,the controlled group and the study group for 1months,3months,5months after the VAS score and UCLA score were compared before and after treatnent were significantly improved,but the study of each group after treatment were better than the controlled group,and there were significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Gegen Decoction combined with subacromial bursa closed early treatment of subacromial impingement syndrome has reliable effect,can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with blunt pain,improve muscle strength and shoulder joint function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
