对36例(36只眼)Ⅱ型糖尿病患者行白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术。随访观察6～24个月,术后矫正视力在0.5以上者占80.56％,血糖升高0.75～2.86mmol/L者占97.22％,无其他严重并发症。认为手术不影响糖尿病视网膜病变的进展。
Thirty-six patients (36 eyes) with type II diabetes underwent cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation. Follow-up observation of 6 to 24 months, postoperative corrected visual acuity of 0.5 or more accounted for 80.56%, blood glucose 0.75 ~ 2.86mmol / L accounted for 97.22%, no other serious complications. That the surgery does not affect the progress of diabetic retinopathy.
