研究选用具有生物活性的羟基磷灰石(HAP) 微粒作为复合材料与镍共沉积在不锈钢基体上,对NiHAP复合镀层在不锈钢基体上电沉积的结合力及各工艺参数进行了研究。得到了最佳的工艺参数和工艺路线,使此镀层应用于医学领域成为可能。
The biocompatibility of hydroxyapatite (HAP) particles as a composite material was co-deposited with nickel on a stainless steel substrate. The binding force and the process parameters of NiHAP composite electrodeposition on a stainless steel substrate were studied. Get the best process parameters and process route, so that the coating can be used in medical field.
